During the partner class, we will practice calm breathing techniques for contractions. Your partner receives practical tools to guide your calm breathing. We also go over different postures for the dilation phase and the pushing stage. Your partner learns massage techniques that have a positive effect on birth. And we will practice, how to help out with keeping or getting back a calm focus. Both of you will receive useful tips to apply during birth. Everything that’s talked about in class you will receive in print, so you can practice the techniques together at home.
