Mucha Mama Hypnobirthing is developed for contemporary women. Your thoughts and needs are central during the relaxation exercises. The exercises will be adapted to suit your positive ideas. They are also adapted to fit you and your partner more personally. This enhances the effectiveness of the method. Mucha Mama is easy to do. It empowers you in a comfortable way that fits you.

During the course, you and your partner will practise with breathing techniques, positive affirmations, several deep relaxation techniques and massage techniques. These exercises will give you practical and effective tools to use during labour.

Mucha Mama hypnobirthing offers a larger variety in course materials and gives more different exercises than other hypnobirthing methods. Between the various audio sessions and all the exercises, you pick those things that feel good for you. The course is fully available in English.

Hypnobirthing Course Materials

The hypnobirthing course materials are directly available right after you have booked your course. You will receive them through download. They can be stored and used on your phone, laptop or tablet. This gives an easy-going start to your preparation for birth. During the course meeting, you will learn practically and easily to use all hypnobirthing techniques. Mucha Mama Hypnobirthing is developed by Clinical Hypnotherapist and Hypnobirthing Teacher Helianthe Rusken. She has over 15 years of experience, started in London and now teaches Hypnobirthing in the Netherlands.
