Pregnancy Yoga Course in English

The pregnancy yoga course counts six classes. The first one is a tryout class. Continuing with a series of five classes.


Friday evenings between 18:30 – 20:00. 

When to start

You can start pregnancy yoga from your 14th week of pregnancy on. Most women start between 15 or 20 weeks into their pregnancy.

What is already there

Happy Birthing Day is equipped with yoga mats, meditation pillows and blankets.

What to bring

Wear comfortable clothes. There is a dressing room.

How to book

  1. Select your Try-out Class or your Pregnancy Yoga Course in the online agenda below.
  2. Fill out your information and click the create reservation button.
  3. Make the payment by Ideal or Sepa.

Done! You receive the confirmation of your booking direct by email.

  • Class 1 is the Try-out class and is booked separately.
  • The continuing 5 classes of the pregnancy yoga course are all booked at once.
  • When a date for the Partner Class is arranged, it will appear in the agenda below.

Be mindful of the fact that you can’t cancel your booked classes. Missed classes cannot be restituted.
